If you would like to help with the search and rescue effort of Patch, please print out an Arabic version of the flyer and pass it out at the Cairo International Airport. If you are picking someone up, eating at one of the restaurants at the airport or are willing to post it on your blog or at your office, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Patch is still alive and with collective coordination, he can be found and safely returned to California. Just one flyer can make a difference..

I am so sorry to hear about Patch. I think you have been treated horribly and I will never fly with Delta. Please keep us posted on Patch…I pray he is returned safely to you.
You should contact news stations, such as KCRA 3. Most stations have problem solver type things where they will contact the company to try to help reach a solution. If a news network would pick up this story it could help. I emailed KCRA 3 but the more emails they get about a story the better probably!
Best of luck finding your cat. It’s such a sad story made more so considering you took care to keep him safe and comfortable inside his crate.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful comments about Patch. I’m just trying to work through the devastation by spreading his story as far and wide as possible…Currenly, there are animal organizations in Cairo that are looking for him…but still no sign. I know that the $500 reward flyers are making their way into the airport, but it certainly wasn’t fast enough. I just can’t give up….he means to much to me and he never deserved to have this happen to him…I just can’t imagine what he must be going through right now.
I really do thank all of you for posting your messages….it makes me feel stronger and gives me energy to battle Delta Airlines.
I Tweeted @DeltaAssist to give them a piece of my mind. I don’t know what good it does but I really think they need to send Patch’s carrier back to you. I smell a rat.
